Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch.[1] It is thus a shape transformation process with material retention. The process is considered "deep" drawing when the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter.

Material is forced through a mold by means of plastic deformation, so that it then takes on the shape of the product.

Rubber needs to be vulcanized to get its flexibility. This is done under heat and pressure and takes several minutes. Moulded parts are vulcanized in a mould extruded parts are vulcanized with steam in an auto clave.

Regardless of whether large volumes or small production runs are implemented, large and bulky or small parts with tight tolerances, due to the wide range of processing methods a fitting solution will be found. The family-owned enterprise is represented worldwide in all major industrial regions.
